Who ARE these people anyway?

Well, hello.  So you’ve stumbled upon this blog (or maybe you came here by choice—even better:)), and you’re wondering “who are these people anyway?”  We’re a family…a mom (writer), a dad (photographer extraordinare…Any awesome images you see in these posts are his.  The not-so-amazing ones would be mine.:)), and three pretty amazing (if we do say so ourselves) children.  We’re living with autism (x2), juvenile diabetes, and epilepsy, but that’s just part of who we are…it doesn’t define us.  The point is, we’re living, and we’re trying to do it well, to the fullest, with deep breaths.  We started our blog as one more place to archive memories and share them with people who know and love us, but this blog is also about spreading a little hope, being real, having a sense of humor, and testifying that whatever good there is to see in us—whatever progress we’ve made in the journey—is all from God, for His glory, and about Him.  We are nothing without Him (John 15:5).  At the end of the day, I hope God makes each one of us a moon, that we might just reflect Christ.  Whatever you may find through this blog, I’m praying most of all that it’s Him.

  1. It was good to get back and catch up. Tell “Banana” that he can be top banana. Everyone looks great in their outfits. You remind of one of the characters in the Batman movies. The “Lone Tex” seems to fit the part well. Maybe he ought to grow a real mustache.

  2. I get lots of laughs from reading about the “circus”. It always makes my day and I can see my beautiful “babies” through your wonderful words. Love you all! MOM

  3. Which one is “three?” and “ring?” and “circus?” I want to call them that, too!

    Love you!

Just got your Christmas card in the mail today. Thank you so much for thinking of me. It’s so funny because, right before we went to check the mail we were looking at pictures from MMO. I am looking forward to reading about your “Three ring circus”.

    Love,
    Mrs. Stephanie
